At Braining®, we monitor and keep track of our working envoirnment to make sure everyone feels safe, welcomed and protected. As part of our Gender Equallity Plan, here is the latest report (September 2025).

  • There is 57% women and 43% men working at Braining.

    We will keep on working to mantain a balenced quota, while looking for a more diverse team.
